Wie wird der Canon PG37 Nachgefüllt?

Diese Patronensorte ist recht robust und kann ganz einfach mehrmals wiederbefüllt werden. 

Als Nachfüllbeispiel haben wir die PG40 genommen - diese funktioniert genau nach dem gleichen Prinzip -

Um herauszufinden ob die Patrone noch nachfüllbar ist, wird ein kleiner Trick angewendet.

Dazu benötigen lediglich nur ein Tuch oder ein Stück Küchenrolle ( am besten eignet sich ... keine Schleichwerbung ).

Falte das Papier oder Tuch einfach ein paar mal und drücke die Patrone einfah kräftig darauf.
Wenn ein oder zwei ( je nach Patronentyp ) durchgehende schwarze Streifen als Abdruck zu sehen sind, ist das die beste Voraussetzung um die Patrone aufzufüllen. 

Sollten in dem Streifen große Unterbrechungen sein, dann sollten Sie sich das mit dem Nachfüllen überlegen... Es kann funktionieren, muss es aber jedoch auch nicht.

So nun geht´s Los:

An der gezeigten Stelle wird ein Loch gebohrt.

Durch dieses Loch wird nun die Nachfülltinte in die Patrone gespritzt. Die Menge ist davon abhängig wieviel vorher noch drin war...

zum einen durch den Druckkopf tritt  Nachfülltinte aus...

oder die Patrone wird beim Nachfüllen überlaufen...

In beiden Fällen ziehen Sie 1 bis 2 ml. Nachfülltinte wieder aus der Patrone heraus.

ist das geschaft wird das Nachfüllloch einfach mit Klebeband wieder ugeklebt... 

Und fertig... einsetzen, Düsenreinigen und losdrucken...

Es aber noch eine andere bewehrte Methode die Patrone nachzufüllen:

Die meisten Hersteller haben schon ein vorhandenes Loch auf der Patrone,welches man einfach befüllen kann ohne selbst ein Loch hereinzuarbeiten.

Patrone wird nicht anerkannt?

Damit der Drucker die jeweilige nachgefüllte Tintenpatrone weiterhin akzeptiert, mußt du der Anweisung des Druckertreibers folgen und mit der Fortsetzen-Taste am Drucker die Tintenfüllstandsanzeige für die jeweilige Patrone deaktivieren. Das geht allerdings nur, wenn der Drucker die Patrone endgültig als leer ansieht.
Tip:Sofern die Patronen resettet werden müssen sollten sie alle Patronen Nachfüllen damit sie die gleichen Tintenstände besitzen.

Für Schäden, die durch eine unsachgemäße oder falsche Befüllung erfolgen, kann weder der Druckerhersteller noch wir haftbar gemacht werden. 
Da die Tinte wasserlöslich ist, können die Fläschchen nach Gebrauch ausgewaschen und über die Wertstofftonne entsorgt werden. Spritzen und Kanülen (mit Schutzkappe!) gehören in den Restmüll. Bitte nicht in Reichweite von Kindern aufbewahren!

Ink Refill

These cartridges places is quite robust and can easily be refilled several times.

As Nachfüllbeispiel we have taken the PG40 - this works exactly the same principle --

To find out if the cartridge is not refillable, used a little trick.

Therefore we need a handkerchief or a piece of kitchen roll (the best suited ... no surreptitious advertising).

Fold it a few times and then press the cartridge as easy on it vigorously.
If one or two (have ever seen for cartridge type), continuous black stripes as an imprint, is the best way to populate the the patrons.

Should be great in the strip breaks, then you should consider that the refill ... It may work, it can not work ...

But to work:

In both cases, you drag 1 to 2 ml refill ink back out of the cartridge.

Now simply close the Nachfüllloch again with duct tape ...

And ready ... use, nozzle cleaning and print ...

There is yet another method to refill this cartridge:

Simply pull off the stickers and then fill in through a hole which is used for initial filling of the manufacturers themselves.

Cartridge is not recognized?

Thus, the printer is instructed to continue to accept a refilled ink cartridge, you must follow the instructions of the printer and disable the Resume button on the printer, the ink level indicator for each cartridge. But this is only possible if the printer the cartridge is empty regarded as final.
Tip: If you need to reset your cartridges, then I urge you to refill cartridges close to both, so you have afterwards also consistent ink levels.
